Why crews and event planners pick us

Built for every guest

A spacious, ground-level unit means every guest — including those using a wheelchair, walker, or cane — has a clean, dignified restroom that's easy to use.

Cleaned before every drop

Sanitized, stocked, and inspected before it leaves our yard. We treat the accessible unit with the same care we treat the rest of the rental.

Pairs with the rest of your setup

Most events pair an accessible unit with standard porta potties and a fresh-water handwash station. Bundled pricing when you book it all together.

Reserve early for peak Saturdays

Accessible inventory is limited and books first on peak summer Saturdays. Lock the date in early for weddings, festivals, and graduations.

Active across Northwest Indiana Valparaiso, Crown Point, Chesterton, Schererville, and Michigan City are some of our most-served accessible units cities.

When to book

Book early — peak summer Saturdays sell through accessible inventory first. For weddings and festivals, reserve 3–4 weeks ahead when possible.

Frequently asked

Do you offer wheelchair-accessible porta potties?
Yes — spacious, ground-level wheelchair-accessible units with wide doors and interior grab bars. Available for weddings, festivals, public events, and job sites across Northwest Indiana. Reserve early for peak Saturdays.
How is an accessible unit different from a standard porta potty?
An accessible unit has a much larger interior, a wide door, a low-rise ground-level entry instead of a tall step-up, and interior grab bars. There's room inside for a wheelchair to enter, turn around, and exit comfortably.
Can I add an accessible unit to my regular porta potty rental?
Absolutely — most events pair one accessible unit with their standard units and a fresh-water handwash station. Add it on the same quote and we'll bundle the pricing.
How many accessible units do I need for my event?
For most weddings, graduations, and mid-size events, one accessible unit alongside your standard porta potties is the right baseline. Larger festivals or events with high accessibility needs may want more — call 219-333-7048 and we'll size it with you.
How far in advance should I reserve an accessible unit?
Inventory is limited and peak summer Saturdays sell through first. We recommend reserving 3–4 weeks ahead for weddings, festivals, and graduations whenever possible.
Where should I have the accessible unit placed at my event or job site?
On the firmest, flattest ground available — packed gravel, asphalt, or short, level grass works best. Soft turf, sand, mulch, gravel berms, and slopes can make the wheelchair approach difficult. Place the unit near the main path of travel (close to the ceremony, vendor row, or jobsite trailer) so guests don't have to detour, and orient the door away from the prevailing wind. Send us a venue map or pin and we'll mark a recommended spot before the truck rolls.
How much room does the unit need around it for a wheelchair to maneuver?
Plan for a clear, level pad roughly 5 feet wide and 8 feet deep for the unit itself, plus a clear approach lane in front of the door at least 5 feet wide and 5 feet deep so a wheelchair can square up to the entry, swing the door fully open, and turn back out. We also keep an unobstructed clear path of travel at least 36 inches wide from the nearest event walkway, parking area, or jobsite path to the unit's door.
How do you plan site access for wheelchair users before delivery?
Before the drop, we walk through the route in three steps with you: (1) confirm the parking or drop-off point closest to the unit, (2) trace the path of travel from there to the unit door — checking for steps, soft ground, gravel, cords, hoses, or thresholds, and noting where a temporary mat or ramp would help — and (3) lock in the placement spot itself: firm, level, and out of the prevailing wind. For venues we haven't been to before, a quick pin drop, photo, or venue map is usually all we need to plan it cleanly.
Can the unit be placed on grass, gravel, or a slope?
Short, level grass and packed gravel both work fine. Loose pea gravel, soft mulch, sand, and noticeable slopes don't — the wheelchair approach gets unstable and the unit itself won't sit level. If level ground isn't available where you want it, tell us in advance and we'll either suggest a nearby spot that works or coordinate a temporary mat or pad so the approach stays safe and stable.
What if my venue has stairs, narrow gates, or no level path to the placement spot?
Tell us during the quote and send a photo or pin if you can. We'll either reroute the approach (around the stairs, through a wider service gate, along a paved path) or relocate the unit to a spot guests can reach without a step-up. Our goal is one continuous, level path from the parking or drop-off area to the unit door — if a venue can't provide that, we'll flag it before delivery so there are no surprises on event day.
