Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By renting equipment from Let's Go Potty Rentals LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), the customer ("you") agrees to these terms. Confirming a quote — by phone, email, text, or signed agreement — constitutes acceptance.

2. Delivery and pickup

• You are responsible for providing safe, level, and accessible drop-off and pickup locations clear of overhead lines, soft ground, and obstructions.
• We require reasonable truck access. If we cannot reach the location, a re-delivery fee may apply.
• Delivery and pickup days are scheduled in advance. Specific time windows are estimates and may shift due to weather, traffic, or route conditions.
• You agree to mark the desired placement spot or be on-site to direct placement when feasible.

3. Servicing

Standard construction rentals include weekly servicing (pump, clean, restock). Higher-traffic sites and events may require additional servicing at an additional cost, which will be quoted in advance. We reserve the right to recommend additional servicing if site usage exceeds normal expectations.

4. Customer responsibility

• You are responsible for the unit between service visits, including reasonable care to prevent vandalism, tipping, fire, or theft.
• You may not move, modify, or place anything other than normal sanitary use waste in the unit.
• You agree to reimburse the Company for damage beyond normal wear and tear, including damage caused by improper use, vandalism, or weather events such as tip-overs in unsecured locations.

5. Ownership

All equipment remains the property of Let's Go Potty Rentals LLC at all times. Renting the unit grants you a right of use only, not ownership.

6. Payment

Rentals are billed weekly for construction service or per event for short-term rentals, as quoted. Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice (typically Net 15 for accounts, payment in full at booking for events). Unpaid balances may accrue late fees and collection costs.

7. Cancellation and changes

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery are free of charge. Same-day cancellations or refused deliveries may incur a trip charge equal to one delivery fee. Date or location changes are accommodated whenever possible — please call us as early as you can.

8. Liability

Let's Go Potty Rentals LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from rental, delivery, or use of the equipment. The Company's maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific rental in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.

9. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road closures, fuel shortages, accidents, or acts of government.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Indiana.

11. Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
