Owner spotlight · Pink unit
Meet Megan — co-owner of Let's Go Potty Rentals — and the pink unit with a story
- What we delivered
- Delivered: Pink restroom unit, chosen in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month
Behind every porta potty parked at a Northwest Indiana ball field, backyard wedding, or job site, there's a small family business — and behind Let's Go Potty Rentals, there's Megan. Co-owner, wife, and, by her husband's account, his best friend, Megan's story stretches a lot further than the quiet stretch of NWI roads she now helps run a company across. Born in Russia and adopted at nine into a Homewood, Illinois family that built and operated five Sylvan Learning Centers, she grew up surrounded by classrooms, work ethic, and high expectations. In high school she captained the water polo team and played clarinet in the band, before going on to serve at the United States Naval Academy. So when the company added a new unit and Megan was offered her pick of any color, the choice was easy: pink, in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. That bright pink restroom now showing up at events around the region isn't just a head-turner — it's a small, rolling tribute, and a reminder from one local owner to her neighbors to take care of the people they love.
Shoutout: From all of us at Let's Go Potty Rentals — thank you, Megan. The pink unit is yours.
